    To establish and operate a dedicated Women's Empowerment and Vocational Training Centre providing safe, inclusive learning spaces where women from marginalized and economically disadvantaged backgrounds can access life-changing vocational training and pathways to sustainable income generation.

    To provide comprehensive vocational training in traditional and contemporary textile arts including handloom weaving (Dhaka fabric, Newari Haku Patasi), knitting, crochet, macrame, felt making, and natural dyeing.

    To establish structured training programs in tailoring, cutting, stitching, and garment construction from basic hand stitching through to pattern making, fashion design, and production of ready-made garments and textile accessories.

    To offer vocational training in women-led income-generating crafts including jewelry making, pottery and ceramics, natural soap and skincare making, paper crafts, candle making, natural food processing, and organic product packaging.

    To deliver integrated empowerment education covering self-advocacy, women's legal rights, financial literacy, reproductive health, domestic violence awareness, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and cooperative management alongside all vocational programs.

    To facilitate the formation, registration, and operation of Women's Cooperatives providing legal guidance, governance training, collective branding, and market linkages to domestic retail, tourism, e-commerce, and international fair-trade channels.

    To develop digital and technical skills programs for women including basic computer literacy, social media marketing, online selling platforms, digital payment systems, and remote freelancing skills.

  8. 8

    To establish partnerships with UN Women Nepal, GIZ Nepal, the National Women's Commission, and international fair-trade certification bodies.
