To establish and operate a National-level multi-disciplinary R&D Centre integrating over 50 university professors and 100+ students, researchers, and domain experts conducting applied research in electric vehicles, renewable energy, industrial automation, robotics, AI, agricultural technology, and educational innovation.

To forge formal academic partnerships and MoUs with universities, engineering colleges, polytechnic institutes, and research institutions in Nepal and internationally enabling joint research, co-supervised theses, faculty exchange, student internships, and co-branded certification programs.

To develop, publish, and disseminate applied research findings, technical papers, white papers, DPRs, and policy briefs contributing to Nepal's national knowledge base — establishing NepTech as a credible national reference institution for policymakers.

To create and manage a national-level Technology and Innovation Incubator supporting student entrepreneurs and early-stage startups in EV, renewable energy, automation, agri-tech, and women's cooperative enterprises.

To pursue and manage accreditation from CTEVT, the Nepal Engineering Council (NEC), TVET bodies, and internationally recognized industry certification organizations.

To develop the institution progressively into a recognized National Research Centre eligible for grant funding from the Government of Nepal, ADB, World Bank, USAID, GIZ, and UN Women.
