   To establish and operate an EV Training and Research Centre providing structured programs in high-voltage safety, vehicle diagnostics, Battery Management Systems (BMS), power electronics, EV charging infrastructure, regenerative braking, motor and controller training, and EV fleet maintenance.

   To conduct R&D in advanced EV technologies including EV embedded software, autonomous vehicle systems, battery lifecycle management (BLM), State of Health (SoH) assessment, and second-life battery applications.

   To provide outsourced B2B EV technical services including remote Level 2 & Level 3 diagnostics, fleet telematics management, predictive maintenance support, and OTA software update management.

   To develop proprietary technical IP including localized maintenance algorithms, Nepal-specific battery performance datasets, EV fleet management software, and smart charging protocols tailored to Nepal's road conditions and climate.

   To prepare DPRs, feasibility studies, and turnkey solutions for EV charging infrastructure and electric mobility systems for government agencies and development organizations.

   To develop vehicle specifications for new EV purchases and provide procurement advisory services to fleet buyers and government agencies.

   To design, modify, develop, and fabricate ICE-to-EV conversion systems including structural calculation, system testing, component design, and validation.
