NepTech Launches Nepal's First Multi-Sector Training & Research Center

On 1 June 2026, NepTech Training and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. was officially registered under the Office of Company Registrar (OCR), Nepal.

**A Vision Born from Nepal's Gaps**

Nepal faces a persistent gap between academic education and the practical skills demanded by industry. Fresh engineering graduates enter the workforce without hands-on experience in emerging technologies. Women in rural areas lack access to income-generating vocational training. And Nepal's growing renewable energy and electric vehicle sectors have too few qualified technicians.

NepTech was founded to close these gaps simultaneously, across 8 interconnected domains.

**The Founding Team**

Five co-founders came together with complementary expertise: electric vehicle engineering, renewable energy research, women's cooperative development, agricultural technology, and industrial automation.

**What Makes NepTech Different**

Unlike conventional training institutes that focus on a single sector, NepTech operates as a multi-domain hub. An EV engineer collaborates with an energy researcher. An agriculture technologist shares lab space with a women's cooperative trainer. This integrated model is deliberate — Nepal's challenges are interconnected, and the solutions must be too.
